This team value teamwork, commitment and are looking for the right candidate with the same values who can not only support but also assist the team to accomplish their goals and KPI's in current busy times.We have an opportunity for an Administration & Customer Service Officer to join the team. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for a range of administrative activities some of which will include the following:

• Providing frontline communication and support to external customers
• Responding to customer's queries in a positive and professional manner
• Acting as a point of contract between operations, finance and sales and site personnel
• Assisting in the preparation of weekly and monthly management reports
• Processing purchase orders and invoicing
• Assisting with accounts and payroll functions

Your Skills and Experience

• Proven ability to maintain good working relationships with client, supplier and on-site personnel
• Experience in JDE, Coupa and Fleet Safety First software is advantageous
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• The ability to work accurately while also meeting timelines
• Prior experience within a logistics or industrial environment
