***ACT ONLY – BASELINE CLEARANCE REQUIRED***We are on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Data Warehouse Test Analyst to lead our team through the complexities of testing functions and interfaces within our core business processing systems. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about ensuring the highest standards of quality through meticulous testing strategies, detailed documentation, and effective team leadership. - Develop and implement test strategies and plans, ensuring alignment with department standards and best practices.
- Lead the preparation, maintenance, and execution of test requirements, scripts, and defect registers, working closely with design, build, and business teams.
- Provide expert analysis and advice on complex data warehousing testing issues, utilizing strong SQL skills and knowledge of ETL processes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring team members, developing testing processes, and collaborating with stakeholders across various methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Data Warehouse testing, with a strong foundation in test plan preparation, maintenance, and defect reporting.
- Proficiency in testing tools like Azure DevOps, with a comprehensive understanding of testing practices and processes in both agile and waterfall environments.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently or under the guidance of a Test Manager.
- ISTQB Foundation Certificate is mandatory, with SQL, Oracle, or equivalent certification and ISTQB Agile Extension or equivalent certification being desirable.
