Novus Glass is looking for an experienced Administration and Office Assistant to join the Team in Port Hedland.
Novus Glass offer windscreen chip and crack repairs, replacements and calibrations services on automotive glass to a variety of businesses and the general public.
This is a permanent position that is vital for ensuring smooth running of the service and Office and delivering excellent customer service.
You will be part of a small and dedicated team on site and work with different stakeholder and clients.

About the Role
Administration and Office Assistant will be responsible for:
- provision of administrative and clerical tasks, including providing support to Novus Glass Team, assisting in daily office needs and managing all general administrative activities.
- Scheduling and coordinating jobs, managing customer queries, confirming purchase orders and preparing quotes and invoices to customers and suppliers.
- Provision of excellent customer support and service
- Liaising with suppliers as required.
About You
Ideal candidate will have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Planner, Lists, etc).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
