Residential Attitudes and Oswald Homes are seeking an Office Administration and Reception Assistant to join our team in Osborne Park. We're seeking an organized and efficient individual to support our office operations and provide exceptional service to our team and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with logging jobs and preparing documentation for design and estimating tasks
- Coordinate ordering and tracking of documentation for projects (Survey, Soil reports, Quotes)
- Assisting with preparation and processing of building contracts
- Preparation of client selection portal
- Upload and manage documentation using the Document Management System (DMS)
- Preparation of client handover packs
- Receptionist/Client Concierge support as needed, including managing phone enquiries.
- Assist with applications and documentation for various authorities and insurance requirements.
- General office admin including maintaining office supplies, banking and invoice processing.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in similar roles within the construction industry is preferred.
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of construction and administration processes beneficial.
- Experience with maintaining office operations and providing administrative support.
