Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a highly self-motivated and friendly Administration Assistant /Office Allrounder to join our team in Cockburn Central. This is a full-time position working 8.30am till 4.00pm.
The Office Allrounder is responsible for performing the following:
- Reception duties, to include answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries at the front door
- Monitoring and distributing emails
- Assisting with accounts payable & receivable tasks
- Maintaining various registers and records
- Assisting with job scheduling (including organizing concrete/bins etc)
- Providing general assistance to the Office Manager & workshop staff as required.
- Placing stock orders
- Creating/Logging bookings - including service, repairs & new jobs
- Quoting
- Liaising with customers
To be considered for this position you will be required to have or be:
- Strong IT skills and previous experience in using accounting software and MS office products
- Experience managing a reception desk
- Accounts payable experience
- Excellent personal presentation and written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn new systems, processes and procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
- Valid driver’s license
- Right to work in Australia
