A position has become available in our Administration and office management space. This role is arguably one of the most important in the business.
Administration support and office management includes but is not limited to,
- Director of first impressions, must present well, we only have once chance to make a first impression.
- Office presentation and cleanliness, including front courtyard and signs.
- Team breakfast and all team meeting preparation.
- Auditing and monitoring the tenant move in packs.
- Ensuring each tenancy has received with entry condition report at key sign up.
- Handing out key packs to new tenancies, first impressions matter.
- Answering front of house phone calls.
- Feilding and resolving tenant and landlord disputes.
- Managing seek and the advertisements required for the office.
- Vetting talent and scheduling in interviews.
- Completing contracts and coordinating onboarding process.
- Management of vehicles inclusive of cleanliness, sign in and sign out process, fines, and servicing.
- Executing the onboarding and off boarding process of Housemark Employees.
- Ordering and monitoring office supplies and technology.
- Ensuring all landlord meetings are in your calendar and a meeting room is prepared and booked for that time.
- Comprehensive understanding of all our strategic Referral Partners and their roles and updating the referral bible.
- Organising birthday and anniversary celebrations.
- General Administrative duties and diary management.
- General email management and tasks.
- Coordinating lost management packs and removing key numbers from IRE and PME.
- Key tagging and updating IRE key systems.
- Signing keys in and our of Keyware programs.
- Willingness to be cross trained in other duties.
Qualifications & experience
- Genuine care for clients and wanting to make a positive impact
- Love for Property Management/Real Estate
- Valid Drivers License
- Valid Real Estate Certificate
