About the TeamThe
Enterprise Learning (EL) unit in the division is driving and developing UTS
Enterprise Learning, a new educational services business line for UTS through the development and delivery of short forms of learning to corporations, SMEs, federal, state, and local governments, NGOs and large member-based organisations based in Australia and internationally.
About the RoleThe
Administration and Project Manager is responsible for high level
Administration and support to the
Enterprise Learning team. The
Administration and Project Manager will proactively manage day to day activities and ensure all administrative matters are prioritised appropriately and handled efficiently, tactfully and professionally. The incumbent will ensure accurate and timely responses to the varied demands on the
Enterprise Learning Unit with a wide range of stakeholders.A key part of the role will be to provide ongoing team support for communications, documentation
and Project management of discreet initiatives for the
Enterprise Learning Unit.As the successful applicant, you will be responsible for:
- Effective day to day running of the Enterprise Learning Unit's administrative processes and procedures.
- Developing, driving and reporting on the delivery of projects and initiatives (including tender coordination and events) within the Enterprise Learning Unit to achieve operational and strategic goals.
- Planning and delivering multiple simultaneous projects with team members.
- Delivering project reports against individual client requirements and key performance indicators.
- Maintain the unit's compliance with UTS policies and processes, including record keeping, financial reporting, human resources, etc.

Remuneration/Salary
Remuneration & BenefitsBase Salary Range: $102,458 to $131,274 pa (HEW 7/8)This role attracts 17% superannuation (pension) in addition to the base salary.UTS staff also benefit from a wide range of include flexible work practices, child care centres, generous parental leave and salary packaging opportunities.This position is full time, and appointment will be made on a fixed term basis for 7 months (parental leave cover).We welcome Internal Secondment Opportunities from UTS staff.
