The Role
A rarity these days, this role is fully remote, with the option of going into the Clayton-based office should you desire.
Duties of the role include:
- Data entry
- Database management (SAP)
- Excel spreadsheet reporting
- Scheduling technicians
- Booking jobs
- Taking inbound customer calls / email enquiries
- General ad-hoc administration
Your Profile
You are an efficient self-starter with strong Excel skills. You are a strong communicator with a pleasant demeanour and phone manner. With a keen eye for detail and strong customer service skills, this role is for you!
