The Company

Our client, a leading integrated services provider is on the lookout for a superstar Administration and Scheduling Assistant in an ongoing temporary contract until February 2025!

The Role

A rarity these days, this role is fully remote, with the option of going into the Clayton-based office should you desire.

Duties of the role include:

  • Data entry
  • Database management (SAP)
  • Excel spreadsheet reporting
  • Scheduling technicians
  • Booking jobs
  • Taking inbound customer calls / email enquiries
  • General ad-hoc administration

Your Profile

You are an efficient self-starter with strong Excel skills. You are a strong communicator with a pleasant demeanour and phone manner. With a keen eye for detail and strong customer service skills, this role is for you!
