Operating across Victoria, New South Wales, and Western Australia, our client are growing rapidly and are looking for an experienced Scheduling Assistant to join their team on a temporary contract basis.
The Role
In the role of Scheduling Assistant, you will be responsible for the following:
- General ad-hoc admin duties and scheduling
- Booking in before school care casuals
- Talking to external agencies
- Scheduling staff into school locations
- Dealing with inbound calls and emails, as well as some outbound calls
About you
You are an experienced Administration/Scheduling professional who is able to handle high pressure, and fast paced environments. You have excellent data entry skills as well as strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Our client is looking for a reliable Scheduling Assistant to join their team for the next 4-6 weeks (possibly longer) and you must be immediately available and based close to Glen Iris.
