The RoleIn the role of Scheduling Assistant, you will be responsible for the following:General ad-hoc admin duties and schedulingBooking in before school care casualsTalking to external agenciesScheduling staff into school locationsDealing with inbound calls and emails, as well as some outbound calls About youYou are an experienced Administration/Scheduling professional who is able to handle high pressure, and fast paced environments. You have excellent data entry skills as well as strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Our client is looking for a reliable Scheduling Assistant to join their team for the next 4-6 weeks (possibly longer) and you must be immediately available and based close to Glen Iris.
