Mainline Drainage Pty Ltd is a well established Plumbing, Drainage and Civil company, based in Capalaba, servicing the greater Brisbane and Gold Coast area.
Due to recent growth, a new administrative role has been created to assist the office staff in their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry - Accounts Receivable and Payable
- Printing of construction plans and preparing jobs for staff
- Using field software to create and manage jobs.
- Compiling forms for councils, developers and builders
- Preparation of Workplace Health and Safety and HR records
- Action daily administration tasks and other ADHOC administration tasks.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in office Administration and or Construction Industry would be highly regarded
- A team player who can take direction well with the ability to think intuitively in a high demand, fast-paced environment, meeting strict service metrics
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask is a must
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Previous experience with MS Excel necessary
- Previous experience with field software and Xero would be advantageous but not essential
