• This position is primarily responsible for the provision of high quality, customer focused, administrative tasks and support to all clinical staff at Proserpine Hospital. As such it carries a diverse range of administrative tasks and requires a high level of competency, autonomy, professionalism and the ability to work quickly whilst under pressure.
• This role is on a shared cyclical rotating roster covering 7 days per week, 365 days per year (including Public Holidays), working from 1630 to 2400 hours week days and 1630 to 2230 on weekends.

About the TeamThe Whitsunday Health Service is made up of two facilities: The Community Health Campus - Cannonvale and the Hospital Campus - Proserpine.The Hospital is a 35 bed acute hospital, which offers a number of specialty inpatient and outpatient services. The Community Health Campus offers a range of Community Health services provided by a multi-disciplinary team.About our Hospital and Health Servicehas 6 hospitals, 2 multi-purpose health services and 4 community health centres that employ more than 3,700 staff.
