Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks related to system efficiency, CRM data management, and purchasing processes, including but not limited to:
Overseeing and enhancing data integrity within our CRM system
Collaborating with the Operations Manager on monitoring and updating order-related spreadsheets and databases
Being part of the purchasing process, including monitoring stock levels, providing data for purchasing and sales decisions, and placing orders
Ensuring the accurate and timely shipment of orders within the CRM system
Handling customer feedback and initiating necessary follow-ups
Assisting with phone inquiries and providing support as the third point of contact
Playing a vital role in achieving our business target by contributing to an exceptional customer experience through effective systems and data management
Requirements:
Proven experience in system and data management roles
Familiarity with CRM systems
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
