Eilbeck Cranes is looking for an Administration Assistant to join our Perth Service team in Bassendean (Yelland Way) assisting the North West Sites.
About the job:
The duties will include but not limited to:
- Assist in Co-Ordinating the day to day operations of the service team
- Working side by side with the Service Supervisors
- Liaising with Customers & Suppliers
- Processing Timesheets
- Liaise with Clients
- Raising purchase orders
- Processing supplier invoices
- Raising customer invoices
- General Office duties and administration for these Service teams mainly Tom Price
- Answering telephone calls
- Induction Register
- Induction Bookings/Training
- Travel/Accommodation Bookings
About you:
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional time management
- The ability to work autonomously & in a Team
- MS Office proficient
- SAP experience would be an advantage
- Ability to multitask
- Good attention to detail
