We are on the hunt for a bright and bubbly individual to take on a newly created role as Junior Administration Assistant.
About the role- 3-5 days per week (to be negotiated)
- Golden Grove location
- Be the first point of contact for enquiries and coordinate the transition of enquiries into bookings
- Maintain long lasting client relationships
- Calendar management
- Respond to emails and deliver customer service excellence to our valued long term clients
- Assist with scheduling work orders into plumbers electronic booking system
- General housekeeping & office duties
- Assist our operations manager with other administration duties
- A paid day off on your birthday

- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- A bubbly telephone manner and ability to easily engage with others
