The Role
Woodcroft College is seeking an experienced customer service focused Reception Administration Assistant to join our Corporate Services department commencing as soon as possible.
The Reception Administration Assistant is a collaborative team member responsible for performing general office duties, assisting with office and other general administration tasks and most importantly, providing a positive and welcoming experience for those coming into our school community.
The Reception Administration Assistant should understand the coordination and organisation required of a main office reception service in a school environment and have a sound knowledge and understanding of front office administration.
Working as part of a small team, the Reception Administration Assistant will report directly to the Director of Corporate Services and will require the flexibility and willingness to work collaboratively with other team members, sharing responsibilities and workloads to ensure that team goals are met.
The role works on rotating shifts:
Week 1: Monday to Wednesday (8.30 am to 4.30 pm)
Week 2: Wednesday to Friday (8.00 am to 4.00 pm)

- Ability to maintain a helpful, professional demeanour always, and receive queries and complaints in a calm, positive and reassuring manner.
Certified Requirements:
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Current Responding to Abuse and Neglect Certificate (RRHAN-EC).
