We're looking for an Administration Assistant to join our Sydney Management & Administration team, with this role will be based out of our state-of-the-art Parramatta Office.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
  • Providing Project and Administration support for the Paramatta Office Manager, Building Services, Roads, and Water teams.
  • Working within a supportive and diverse team.
  • Formatting and compiling proposals, reports, and CV's.
  • Supporting the reporting and claims for travel arrangements.
  • Coordinating and organising for staff, client meetings and office functions.
  • Ad-hoc reception duties, including coordinating rooms, couriers, managing meeting rooms.
What you will bring to the team:
  • Highly developed written communication skills, with the ability to maintain strong attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the keenness to liaise with all people and stakeholders within the office.
  • The ability to work effectively within a busy team environment.
  • A proactive approach to resolving queries and problems.
  • Flexible and mature approach to work tasks, with a willingness to learn and be a positive and supportive team member.
