Working alongside our CEO and Business Operations Manager on exciting projects that drive our company forward and contribute to the wellbeing of the Australian community.
Main Purpose:
As our Business Operations Assistant, you'll be the glue that holds our operations together, working collaboratively across the business to support key projects and ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Your role is essential to our success as we continue to grow.
Key Outputs:
- Get creative with marketing collateral coordination and assist in executing general marketing activities.
- Take charge of conference coordination, ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed.
- Drive business reporting coordination and formatting, helping us stay on top of our game.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials.
- Own meeting organisation and coordination, ensuring everyone is on the same page and action items are followed up promptly.
- Collaborate with our talented team to coordinate projects, meetings, and events, fostering synergy and success.
- Oversee our CRM system, ensuring it's up-to-date and providing valuable insights through reporting.
- Keep our contracts register in tip-top shape, assisting with document management to maintain order and efficiency.
- Dive into business-critical projects alongside our Business Operations Manager and CEO, making a real difference to the business.
- Keep our day-to-day activities running smoothly, stepping in wherever needed to ensure our operations are flawless.
- Help us optimize processes, tackle administration tasks, and foster collaboration across departments.
- Be the voice of our company, communicating effectively with our channel partners to keep them in the loop and excited about our offerings.
About You:
- Having a healthcare or medical device background would be a benefit but not essential.
- Strong office and administration management is a must, 2+ years’ experience.
- You will be able to think on your feet, be flexible in your approach, and make this role your own.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documents.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software.
- A positive attitude, proactive approach, and the ability to work in a team.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with internal staff and clients.
- You will be able to work full time in the office - Monday to Friday.
