Agro Invest Overseas Ltd, a large private estate located in the Jugiong/Harden region of New South Wales. We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to provide office support and event coordination.
This role is four days per week and offers a generous salary and enviable work environment.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Estate Manager and wider team members on day-to-day matters.
- Provide office support and assistance with planning and delivery of two polo tournaments (Autumn and Spring) each year. Some weekend work may be required during tournaments.
- Respond to initial enquiries, emails, phone calls.
- Liaise with external agencies.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and coordinate team meetings
- Maintain and update company databases and filing systems.
- Troubleshoot IT issues and liaise with external IT support when necessary.
- Support the HR Manager with functions such as onboarding, and employee records management.
Skills and Attributes
- Proven experience in office administration.
- Strong organisational, administration and communication skills.
- Experienced in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- The role requires liaison with a broad range of polo team participants, so strong inter-personal skills are essential.
- The successful candidate will need to be professional and maintain confidentiality protocol all times.
