Elleisha’s Property Services is a local independently owned and operated company offering a wide range of property maintenance and cleaning services for residential and business clients throughout Newcastle-Hunter region.
We are looking for an Administration officer to join us on a 4-day initial capacity, starting with 25-30 hours, with growth into a 5-day permanent role after a probationary period.
Position Purpose
The purpose of this role is to assist in the delivery of high quality, efficient support and coordination of all clients of Elleisha's Property Services as well as supporting our leadership team.
Job responsibilities:
- Reception duties and attending to client and public enquiries.
- Customer service.
- Assisting with compliance, field staff rosters, scheduling.
- Managing high demand of work request with fast and effective turnaround times.
- Ensure client’s services are delivered in accordance with their service agreement by working closing with our Leadership Team.
Selection Criteria
- Vocational/tertiary qualifications in business administration or commerce; or experience in compliance
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive and effective relationships with team members and clients.
- IT & computer savvy, with ability to quickly learn our NDIS software applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
