Qualifications & experience
- No prior qualifications needed as we are happy to train the right candidate but any experience with the below would be a bonus: - Xero - Servicem8 - Canva
Tasks & responsibilities
- Using Xero
- Keeping a tidy office environment
- Assisting with marketing tasks
- Using Servicem8
- Replying to emails, booking appointments and travel and generally assisting the two Managing Directors of the business with day to day operational tasks
- Receiving deliveries at the office and assisting with returns
