Essential behaviours & responsibilities for successful applicant:
*Experience with accounting software – Xero preferential
*Ability and understanding to reconcile bank statement transactions, accounts receivables and payable, review timesheets
*Good time-management and communication skills, to pass information around an office environment
*Punctual & Reliable
*Ability to troubleshoot & make decisions.
*Tech savvy – Opportunity to grow into role documenting OH&S, policies, toolbox meetings, estimating assistance, job scheduling & overall operations.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Managing the basic bookkeeping of the business, including entering payables, filling invoices, assessing day dockets, assessing timesheets and processing payroll
- General computer work, including communication via email and phone and data entry in either Xero or spreadsheets where required
