As a family owned business with over 30 years working in the industry, it's our experience and attention to the smallest details that set us apart. We have worked on both large and small homes and businesses, to make sure the design and installation of our products, comes together seamlessly.
About the Role
Preferably with experience in administration of screens, blinds, shutters, and curtains, although training will be provided. Our team will work closely with you to train you in these areas and to pass on their many years of knowledge and experience in the industry.
Duties Include (but not limited to)
- Liasing with Customers - telephone & in person
- Liasing with factory staff /estimating staff.
- Understanding and typing of job sheets
- Xero knowledge preferable but not mandatory
- Outlook suite knowledge preferable
- Placing orders and liaising with external company reps
About You
- Self motivated
- Ideally with experience in window furnishings
- A positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- First Class communication skills
- Professional presentation
- Excellent time management
- Be reliable and hardworking
- Ability to work unsupervised, also with others in a team environment
- A friendly, yet confident personality
