About the role
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our dynamic, friendly and inclusive professional team in Sydney. The role will include:
- Attending to in-bound calls and general reception duties;
- Assisting with the preparation of documents and forms;
- Electronic and manual filing;
- Undertaking data entry;
- Coordinating mail; and
- Performing other administrative tasks as requested
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate must the following core values and skills:
- Be friendly and approachable;
- Be proactive and conscientious;
- Have a high level of written and oral communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail with excellent spelling and grammar;
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite;
- Enjoy being part of a team committed to, and delivering, client excellence;
- Previous legal administration experience preferable.
Skills and experience
OBL will provide on-the-job training for our systems and documents. While previous experience in a legal setting is favourable, it is not essential. Our primary focus is to find a candidate who possesses the core values and skills mentioned above.
