THE OPPORTUNITY
We are currently looking for someone who wants an opportunity to step into an Administrative role, learn our business and grow into a valuable part of our team.
Reporting to the General Manager, this role will learn several aspects of our business and support operations by doing the following:
- Documents processing and record keeping
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Department Paperwork
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Order management and tracking
- Assist with Workers Compensation Appointments

WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE
The successful candidate will have an urge and willingness to learn, and may demonstrate some of the following:
- Knowledge of administrative duties
- Working knowledge of general office equipment (Printers etc.)
- Reasonable experience with MS Officer products
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Good communication skills
- A Valid Drivers License is essential
