In this role, you'll wear many hats, but here's a taste of what awaits:
- Inbound Contacts: Be the face of the business with a cheerful disposition over the phone, by email, and in person.
- Operations Support: You'll be the Ops Manager's right-hand person, processing paperwork, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring they have everything they need to focus on what matters most – educating future generations.
- General Administration: inventory, facilities, payments/refunds, packages, reconciliation, and many more. There is always something to do in this position.
- Contributing to a positive team environment: You'll be a valued member of our team, fostering a collaborative atmosphere and keeping the positive energy flowing.
We're looking for someone who:
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys multitasking.
- Possesses excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Maintains a positive and professional attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ideally has experience with CRM, LMS or SMS systems.
- Ideally has some background in a training organisation.
