AddressOur client, is an independent, Anglican, day and boarding school for girls. The school is non-selective and caters for approximately 594 students from ELC to Year 12, including 70 boarders.
A professional, highly experienced Administration Assistant is sought for this part time role on a temporary basis to the end of Term 2. Possible extension.
Reporting to the Head of Middle School and the Head of Senior School, you will provide full administration support with the day to day operations, whilst liaising with teaching staff, administration staff and students.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite and databases (Synergetic an advantage)
- Sound keyboard, data entry, word processing skills
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect training (or undertake the Fundamentals and book for the Masterclass - cost to be covered by client)
- Availability to commit to hours of 12noon - 3:30pm Tuesday and 9:00am - 3:30pm Wednesday and Thursday
- Whilst experience in the independent or public school system is preferable, consideration will be given to high level administrators with exceptional coordination and administration skills with the relevant clearances.
