Job Responsibilities:
General office support and administration
- Perform day-to-day office tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage administrative duties efficiently, including filing, data entry and correspondence.
Financial management:
- Handle accounts payable and receivables processes.
- Administer HR on boarding, inductions, training, and weekly payroll activities.
Logistics and Documentation:
- Prepare daily delivery documents and labels to facilitate a seamless supply chain.
- Reconcile crate and pallet accounts for accurate inventory tracking.
Compliance and Program Management:
- Maintenance of existing quarantine, heavy vehicle accreditation and ethical sourcing programmes.
- Prepare and assist with auditing and food safety inspections. Maintaining up to date records related to our food safety program.
Ad Hoc Support to Management:
- Provide additional support to management on various tasks and projects.
- Demonstrate flexibility in handling diverse responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications and skills:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with MYOB.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to work independently and autonomously.
