This is a full-time permanent role located in our brand new, beautifully appointed head office in Hutt Street, Adelaide.

The Role:
As the Administration Assistant, you are responsible for:
- Preparation and management of business line related administration
- Management of marketing material and campaigns; including financial components
- Management of Client Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Assist in continuous system improvements
- Assist with implementing standards & procedures for agency administrative tasks aligned with company operations.
- Interacting, contributing and working respectfully as a team member as well as using initiative and able to work independently.
What you will need to succeed:
- A passion for property and real estate
- High level attention to detail, working in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced demonstratable computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to multi-task with great time-management, prioritisation, communication and organisational skills
- Be able to work well as part of the team, and show initiative when working independently
- A friendly, outgoing personality
- Confidence and professionally presented
- Results driven, with a proven ability to meet deadlines
