We are an established Glazing company looking for a part-time admin assistant to join our office staff in a friendly and relaxed environment. Mon, Tues & Thurs 9am-2.30pm with the option to add more days as our business continues to grow. Hours and days are possible to be negotiated.
Qualifications & experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in XERO & Microsoft Office preferred
- Ability to learn industry based software
- Ability to pick up new tasks quickly
Tasks & responsibilities
- Invoicing & Accounts.
- Answering phone enquiries from customers and suppliers.
- Prepare paperwork for product ordering and manufacturing.
- Various admin & general duties
