Your opportunity
This is a fixed term 12-month opportunity to join our administration team, helping more clients receive the help they need and facilitating a seamless journey that makes it easy for our clients.
This opportunity is suited to an experienced Administration Assistant who is able to multitask and has strong written and verbal communication skills.
Key accountabilities and responsibilities, include but are not limited to:
- Contacting clients to confirm their information and details to fulfill their request
- Liaising with both clients and internal teams nationally
- Managing client files
- Ensure compliance through diligently following workflow processes.
- Responding to adhoc administrative tasks
What you’ll bring
Eligible candidates must be able to demonstrate:
- Completion of Higher School Certificate with preferably further tertiary education
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Excellent communication skills
- Maintains professionalism and composure working under pressure
- Proficient computer skills
