We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed, customer service focused Administration Assistant to provide administrative support to the Brightwater at Home Team.
This position is offered on a permanent full-time basis, working in our new state-of-the-art office in Inglewood.
Working within the CHSP (Commonwealth Home Support Program) team, you will have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines to ensure all tasks are completed with both accuracy and efficiency.
Your duties will include (but not limited to):
- Updating client information in the My Aged Care provider portal.
- Provide excellence customer service and assist with resolving queries.
- Setting up and maintaining clients’ database.
- Support in submitting claims for services we provide to clients.
- Processing of invoices and associated package adjustments
- Assisting with any other administrative tasks as required
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous experience in an administration position.
- Experience with CHSP packages (highly desirable)
- Excellent computer skills with sound knowledge of Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to liaise with diverse people in an informative, positive and customer-focused manner.
- Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise tasks, work effectively under pressure, problem solve, and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in Carelink and E10 (desirable).
- Previous experience in Aged Care - Community based (desirable).
- Current WA Drivers Licence (desirable).
- A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than one year old
- Evidence of up-to-date flu vaccination
