This position forms part of the operations of Tutt Bryant Heavy Lift & Shift of which, is the organisation’s Crane Hire, Heavy Lifting & Specialised Transport division. Operating one of the largest crane fleets in Australia, with the support of a specialised alternative lifting and transport division. Tutt Bryant Heavy Lift & Shift provides both wet (with operator) and dry (without operator) crane hire, as well as engineered turnkey solutions to meet all heavy lifting and transportation needs of major projects.
The Role & Your RequirementsAbout the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced individual to be responsible for the day-to-day office administration of Tutt Bryant Heavy Lift & Shift based in Naval Base on a Full time basis
Duties
Supporting a multi-disciplinary team, the role is accountable for the following:
- Management of reception and associated tasks
- Daily administration tasks including (but not limited to) raising purchase orders, receipting invoices for payment, ordering and maintaining office consumables, monthly invoicing and assisting the management team
- Maintaining the housekeeping for the Office and the employees shared facilities
- Ensuring regular and ad hoc maintenance requirements are dealt with promptly
- Ensuring all meeting rooms are kept functioning and maintained to a high standard
- Assisting in organising the costs and purchasing of consumables
- Assisting in the preparation of weekly timesheet process for payroll.

Skills & experience
• To be considered for this role, you will ideally have had a minimum of twelve months experience in a general office / administrative role combined with the following skills and qualifications:
- An outgoing personality with a confident phone manner and natural ease with people from different backgrounds
- A demonstrated ability to show attention to detail is critical in support of the team
- An excellent communicator with strong organisational skills
- Valid C-Class drivers’ license
- Personal drive to show initiative
- Desire to help support others in their roles
- A Competent user of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel with a willingness to upskill on the job
