The hours of work are 9:30-3:00, Tuesday-Thursday with some flexibility - perfect for people who have school drop offs or other commitments.
This will be a temporary role with a strong possibility of becoming permanent in the long term. There will be no possibility of working from home in this role.
MYOB experience is a must - please do not apply if you have never used this system.
THE ROLE
Duties for this position will include, but are not limited to:
- Meet and greet visitors and answering the reception phoneline.
- Data entry, scanning, and maintaining a paperless filing system.
- Calling clients to chase up information and invoices.
- General office management.
- Receive incoming deliveries and visitors.
- Ad hoc admin duties.
ABOUT YOU
To be considered for this role, you will need to be experienced in administration or reception. In addition to this you will:
- Have solid experience using MYOB.
- Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Be an organised and proactive person who takes pride in their work.
- Have strong, professional communication skills and be comfortable talking on the phone.
- Be experienced with microsoft systems including outlook.
- Ideally have a car for occassional drop offs and short trips.
