The Role
Continuing, Part Time – 21 hours per week
Level 4 - $39,555 - $42,939 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
Bathurst or Wagga Wagga
In this role you will work as part of a cross-campus team to support the administrative requirements of the Division of Library Services.
Your responsibilities include provision of administrative support for compliance activities, financial management, data collection, purchasing and equipment, physical facilities, risk management, legislative compliance, and contract management.
To be successful you will have:
Experience in high level administrative support
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to network and communicate with a variety of stakeholders
Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite of programs
Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines, maintain flexibility and work productively
