QLS is looking for an Administration Assistant to join the Regulation division. The successful candidate will be working 3 days with the External Interventions business unit and 2 days with the Trust Account Investigations business unit.
Key duties of the role
- Receiving phone calls and processing inquiries.
- Preparing and distributing correspondence.
- Updating the OnBase case management system.
- Scanning of investigation files and correspondence.
- Processing of receipts and cheque requests and recording in LEAP accounting program.
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets to ensure accuracy.
- Assisting in the daily and monthly reconciliations.
Ideally you will have the following
- Experience in a similar administration role.
- Sound written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing tasks and deadlines.
- Experience in bookkeeping is desirable.
