About the Role
An exciting opening for a Human Resources Adviser to join a thriving HR team in Sydney!
In this role, you will report to the Head of Human Resources - Sydney and will be instrumental in overseeing the Graduate and Clerk program. You will also provide comprehensive HR support and advice to partners and managers within the legal support and business services teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide team leaders on effective leadership and management techniques.
- Oversee recruitment processes for both legal and non-legal positions in Sydney.
- Manage the Graduate and Clerk program, from recruitment to coordinating university events and marketing efforts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for graduates and clerks, offering support and managing their performance.
- Provide general HR support and contribute to various HR projects as required.
The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of three years of experience in a Human Resources Adviser role within a professional services or legal environment. Possessing HR qualifications or equivalent, you will demonstrate:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong experience in HR operations and managing the employee lifecycle.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple priorities.
- Ability to engage with staff at all levels and maintain a high attention to detail.
- A proactive approach and high level of initiative.
- Adherence to HR principles of confidentiality.
- Constructive contribution to HR-related projects.
