We are currently seeking a professional individual with exceptional presentation and customer service skills to provide a high level of administrative support to our Senior Management team.
Key Accountabilities:
- Booking travel arrangements.
- Processing vendor invoices and reconciliation of expenses.
- Meetings and Events preparation and coordination.
- Updating Contracts register and document management.
- Reception relief when required.
Qualifications and Attributes:
- Minimum 2 years experience as an Administrative assistant or a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Bilingual in Korean, highly ideal.
