About the Role 

We are currently seeking a dedicated and organised individual to join our team as Administrative Support to Divisional and Clinical Directors. In this role, you will provide essential administrative assistance to the team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities within the Medicine division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact, managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence effectively.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, and events on behalf of the directors, including arranging logistics and preparing necessary materials.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and hard copy, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with organisational policies.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and requests, directing them to the appropriate individuals or departments for resolution.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff and departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow across the hospital.
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and ordering supplies as needed.

Employment Type: This is an on-going Full Time opportunity.
