In this role, you will provide essential administrative assistance to the team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities within the Medicine division.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact, managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence effectively.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, and events on behalf of the directors, including arranging logistics and preparing necessary materials.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required
- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and hard copy, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with organisational policies.
- Handle incoming inquiries and requests, directing them to the appropriate individuals or departments for resolution.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff and departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow across the hospital.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and ordering supplies as needed.
