About the role
We are looking for a conscientious, flexible, dynamic and eager to learn individual; to join an Australian market leader in manufacturing, sales and marketing.
Reporting directly to the Sales Office Manager, the key objective of the role is to ensure all orders, customer queries, quotes and sales tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner. If you have a background in customer service, retail sales and administration then this is opportunity is for you.
Duties
- Assist the external Sales Representatives team, as required
- Ensure sales orders are processed
- Action back orders
- Maintain stationery and brochures
- Respond to all incoming customer calls
- Liaise with finance and warehouse team for orders and credits
- All related administrative and customer service tasks, as directed.
Experience and job requirements
- Intermediate MS Windows experience and skills
- Exceptional verbal and written skills
- Strong data entry skills
- Sound numeracy skills
- Possess strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Have demonstrated ability to work within tight timeframes
- Be able to work within competing business priorities, whilst maintaining customer relationships
- Be well organised and flexible
- Possess a can-do approach
