We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our team. If you are organized, proactive, and have a knack for multitasking, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Administration Tasks - Filing, Data Entry and managing correspondence.
- Assist Project Managers with project documentation and co-ordination.
- Assist with Finance, Payroll and Contractor Management Processes.
- Provide Customer Service and Assist with Division Operations.
- Assist with Job Scheduling of Field Staff.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and other relevant software applications.
- Great attention to detail is a must.
- MYOB Advanced experience is preferred.
- Work well in a fast-paced environment
- This role is completely office based no WFH
