Our Welshpool, Perth depot is currently seeking a Administration Support role on a  25 - 30 hour work week schedule. This role will require regular contact with onsite departments therefore the requirement is for someone to work a hybrid work from home and office set up. 

What's Involved?

The role provides administrative and financial support to the senior finance team members and onsite leaders supporting the Allied branch activities, it directly contributes to the achievement of branch success.

Duties of the role include - but not limited to the following;

  • monitor the financial performance of the branch and assist with analysis and advice to other team members & management
  • Monitor the Removals (job) Plan and ensure all accruals are noted while also reviewing other Allied jobs/services are invoiced correctly. 
  • As a member of the company finance department you will support month end requirements, batching supplier invoicing, processing credit adjustment notes and all company invoicing are processed in a timely manner
  • Support the Operations team with a range of task including new starter onboarding & document handling, processing Owner Driver payments & information, assist on the Allied Storage product when required
  • You will be required to provide reception relief when required and complete tasks that support branch staff including stock management & ordering of amenities 

Who are we looking for?
This “hands on” role would be suited to a proactive, energized person who wants to “make a difference”. Someone with excellent communication skills and knowledge of Microsoft products are essential for success.

  • Previous experience in Accounting & Administrator role is highly regarded
  • Attention to detail with the ability to follow company process essential 
  • Be able to manage your duties efficiently & effectively
  • Be a strong communicator to a range of employees & stakeholders to the branch 
  • Experienced on Microsoft Excel & Outlook
