The Role:Total Tools Windsor Gardens is looking for a Part TimeAdministration Assistant (25-30 hours per week). This is an exciting opportunity for you to utilise your current skills and experience within a growing and diverse business.We are searching for a passionate, driven and knowledgeable professional who has demonstrated experience in accounts and payroll. You will be responsible for assisting with accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and receivable functions.You will be responsible for:End to end processing of accounts payable and receivableHandling general payroll account / administration dutiesUpdating and maintaining recordsProcessing invoices and issuing paymentsMaintaining and monitoring accountsSupporting customer service standards where appropriate to the role; including handling internal & external customer and supplier enquiriesDoes this sound like you?Proven experience in accounting, payroll and accountsUnparalleled attention to detailExceptional excel ability and data analysisAbility to build client relationshipsHigh accuracy of data entry and data managementExperience using Pronto is very highly regarded, but not essential.Why work for us?Our operating model is one that respects and invests in our team and customers.
