The role will see you involved and responsible for many of the day to day requirements for the business to run smoothly, such as but not limited to the below
- Processing and calculation of timesheets weekly
- Ordering stock and stock control
- Assisting with job sheets
- Managing document compliance
- Booking accommodation
- Helping with quality assurance needs
- Assisting the Regional Manager with tasks as requested
- Offering administration support to other depots within the NSW region as needed
- Ordering staff PPE and consumables as needed
- Helping to manage the day to day running of the office
Please note initially this role will be a casual contract offering fulltime hours Monday to Friday; after an initial period, the position will be assessed with the look of a contract extension or offer of a permanent role within the business. Flexible working hours are on offer to the right candidate!
