Baiada Poultry is seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join their team. In this Administration role, you will be responsible for completing a range of administrative tasks, ensuring that all administrative procedures are followed accurately and efficiently. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive individual with strong communication and organisational skills. Key Responsibilities:
- General administrative duties
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately and on time
- Raise purchase orders
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients and colleagues, responding to inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all administrative procedures are followed accurately and efficiently
- Previous experience preferred
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work well under pressure
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
