Catholic Education, Diocese of Bathurst – Head OfficePermanent, Part-Time Position Monday - Wednesday to 9am to 5pm (42 hours per fortnight)$39.50 per hour
About the RoleReporting to the Personal Assistant to the Executive Director of Schools, the Administration Assistant shares the responsibility for the efficient operation of the Reception office. The Administration Assistant will carry out a range of clerical and administrative duties to support the effective functioning of the Catholic Education Diocese of Bathurst including but not limited to handling telephone, email and visitor enquiries, and general clerical responsibilities. This position is a shared role.
About You (Selection Criteria)To excel in this exciting opportunity, you embody the following selection criteria:
Previous experience working in an administrative role
A professional and personable disposition
Proficiency in clerical duties such as maintaining records, filing, scanning, photocopying, and maintaining meeting room bookings
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of the wider workplace
Experience in arranging travel, accommodation bookings, and conference registrations preferred
Current Working with Children Check
A willingness to support the Catholic tradition and ethos in the workplace
