Job description
We are seeking an experienced medical/allied health receptionist to support our two Audiologists working at our hearing clinic in the suburb of SHENTON PARK.
You will be supporting an established Audiology practice that has helped many West Australians with ear and hearing problems over the last 15 years.

Harmony Hearing is an independent family owned and run Perth based hearing care practice. We have two main branches in Shenton Park and a visiting site in Fremantle.
Being independent means we are not owned by a hearing aid manufacturer and are therefore free to recommend hearing aids and products from all leading brands. We offer these at some of the most competitive prices in Australia.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with email enquiries. (Possibly include live online text chat).
- Book and confirm appointments for clients with our online scheduling software (Claim Wizard)
- Use text system to send reminder sms’s of client appointments.
- Help prepare client files & devices for clinicians for subsequent day’s appointments.
- Work with clients to determine their entitlement to government funding assistance. and health fund rebates. (Use Online Hearing Services Portal to help determine eligibility).
- Follow up existing clients to encourage renewal of the Maintenance Program. prepare
- Use Accounts/Book Keeping Software (Xero) to help manage the invoicing and receipts for customer transactions.
- Provide administrative support for the day to day clinic operations.
- Perform sales generating activities to help more people hear better (full training is provided).
Specialised
- Assistance with digital marketing, Online store management and content creation would be a plus and entail bonus's.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy for clients to support their hearing journey.
- Higher School Certificate (HSC) or TAFE Qualification.
- Computer Literacy Skills.
