One of our resource industry clients are looking for a temporary Administration Assistant with the potential to go permanent. The candidate will be a self-motivated and reliable person with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Key Responsibilities
- Coordination of daily administrative duties
- Managing and directing incoming phone calls accordingly
- Preparing documentation and correspondence
- Ability to maintain multiple tasks, set and review priorities, and meet deadlines
- Providing regular updates and reports as required
- Previous experience in an administrative role within the Mining & Resource Industry
- Intermediate level of MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with industry-specific software e.g. INX, Workflow, SAP
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
- Strong time-management skills
- An ability to work independently but equally as well as part of the Administration Team
