About the opportunity
C3 Australia are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Administration Assistant to join our team in Nundle. This role will report to the Operations Manager on a Part-Time basis working 16 hours per week, with the opportunity to be flexible with hours and days to suit you and your lifestyle.
About the Position
C3 Australia are the trusted name in sustainable forestry operations throughout Australia specialising in harvesting, infield chipping, cut to length logging and haulage. With continued growth in both the Nundle region and across Australia we are currently seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to provide admin support our Nundle operation.
- Provide administrative and general office support for the region following established business processes and using nominated systems.
- Ensure administrative tasks are handled, completed and processed correctly, within deadlines and in line with privacy requirements.
- Manage general office supply levels to meet the needs of site.
- Maintain accurate records for Forestry operations including fuel usage.
- Coordinate, collate and process payroll data from weekly wage payments for workers across the region.
- Assist with procurement processes including raising purchase requisitions and processing purchase orders.
- Assist maintenance raise and track work orders and inputs.
- Assist the management team collate and analyse data to inform budget, asset and workforce plans and reports.
About your experience
- Previous experience in a clerical or office administration role
- Experience with payroll processing, accounts management processes and the use of purchasing systems
- Strong time management skills and able to work to strict deadlines
- Be proficient in the use of Microsoft office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work in a team environment
- Must be able to commit to a minimum of 16 hours per work
- Able to pass a Pre-employment and commercial drivers medical including a drug and alcohol screen
