- Working within a team of the Launceston Supreme Court Registry to receive and respond to members of the public, the legal profession, Tasmania Police and clerical staff for all general enquires for the Registry via the front count, telephone and electronic means.
- Entry and preparation of all court documents into a range of computerised databases, for the Civil and the Criminal jurisdictions.
- Receive and receipt court related fee payments including cash, cheques and EFTPOS and daily balancing.
- Filing and general duties within the registry of Launceston as required.
- Ensure the proper and accurate recording of court proceedings and associated correspondence and administration of jury service for the region.
